The Student Org Leadership Development (SOLD) Council is a reimagined leadership development initiative. The SOLD Council will function as an ongoing leadership council and workshop series that equips student leaders with the skills, resources, and connections needed to strengthen their organizations and enhance the student involvement experience at UNC Charlotte.

• Friendship dynamics in student orgs
