Biography: Amit Arya is a seasoned data analytics and technology leader with over 20 years of experience. At McKinsey & Company, he oversees the data analytics and technology function for global banking, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) projects and AI/ML governance frameworks for top-tier financial institutions. His previous roles include: Chief Data & Analytics Officer at a major U.S. accounting and advisory firm, and prior to that, managing AI/ML for a $1 trillion global banking practice at a global financial
institution. Amit holds a Master’s in International Business from the University of South Carolina and has completed advanced coursework in Machine Learning and Data Science (Stanford), Disruptive Strategy (Harvard), Blockchain (Cornell), and ESG (GARP). He is an IBM-certified data scientist with a passion for golf, reading, and running.

Biography: Khalil Khouy is a Data and AI Services Manager at Sia Partners, with expertise in AI product development, digital banking, and process optimization. He holds a Master’s in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Software and Information Systems with a research focus on Trustworthy AI. His recent projects include ESG analytics in the banking sector and using Generative AI for contract compliance analysis.
