Explore the future of finance at UNC Charlotte.

The newly updated M.S. in Financial Engineering and FinTech (formerly the M.S. in Mathematical Finance) prepares students for careers in quantitative finance, fintech, financial analytics and risk management.

The redesigned program reflects the rapid evolution of the financial industry, with expanded coursework in AI, machine learning, fintech and advanced financial modeling. Updated admissions requirements and increased elective flexibility also make it easier for students from a variety of quantitative backgrounds to enter the program and tailor their studies to their career goals.

Join this Lunch & Learn to discover how the program connects mathematics, data and finance, and how Charlotte’s role as the nation’s second-largest banking center creates opportunities for graduates.

Lunch will be provided, and all attendees will receive an application fee waiver.

Note: Current Mathematical Finance students will continue to graduate from the program, while the updated Financial Engineering and FinTech curriculum reflects evolving industry demands.
