Meditation for Stress Relief

ATKINS DE-STRESS FOR SUCCESS. Are you feeling stressed with finals right around the corner? Join Megan McComas, CAPS Doctoral Intern, at the Visualization Lab on the library's 2nd floor to learn and practice some relaxation and meditation techniques. Meditative practices can aid in bringing calmness, clarity, and presence to a situation.
