Join us for an inclusive workshop to explore the intersections of body positivity, body neutrality, mindful eating, and body image. As a part of Love Your Body Week, this workshop will delve into movements that support positive body image. Student Health's registered dietitian, Danielle Samelson, will lead students through a mindful eating activity where students can gain insight into mindful eating practices that nourish their minds and bodies.
