DE-STRESS FOR SUCCESS:  Join Megan McComas, CAPS Doctoral Intern, for a relaxing 15-minute meditation! Just sit back, join the session, and listen as Megan guides you through a restoring meditation. These daily meditations are intended to provide you with relaxation and clarity during finals week. Those who wish to practice this meditation on campus may use Atkins Library’s Visualization Lab on the 2nd floor.
