Preparing an IRB proposal/application may be intimidating as a student researcher.  You may not know how much detail to provide in your application or what documents the IRB requires you to provide.   In this workshop, you will hear from UNC Charlotte's IRB office to learn about the IRB application process.  Including tips for preparing an IRB application and mistakes to avoid.  Because this workshop is intended to give a detailed review of the IRB application and help guide you for preparing your own IRB application, this workshop would be ideal for students who will be starting their IRB applications this academic year.  Attendees should be prepared to talk about their own study plans.
