#CORE SeriesurbanCORE and North Carolina Campus Engagement (NCCE) invite you to bring your manuscript to this interactive session led by Margaret Malone, Executive Editor of Gateways: International Journal of Community Research and Engagement. Community-engaged scholars and practitioners of all levels of experience are welcome.
This workshop will focus on the research article as a resource that can be approached imaginatively and purposively.. What does it mean to "write up" community-based research? How do we show participatory and democratic accountability in our work? We will explore these key aspects of scholarly writing through constructive and shared conversation.
To register: Submit an abstract by October 6 (max 500 words) so it can be shared prior to the workshop. Late submissions will be accepted if space allows.
