Experience relaxation and rejuvenation with the Center for Wellness Promotion's weekly SKY Wellness Sessions. These sessions introduce breathing and meditation techniques aimed at promoting total well-being and provide an opportunity for positive social connection with other graduate students. The sessions are held every Thursday at 3:30 pm at the Center for Graduate Life and Learning, continuing through November 14th, 2024. Join us and discover the benefits of conscious breathing, meditation, and connection for stress relief.
