Experience relaxation and rejuvenation with the Center for Wellness Promotion's weekly De-Stress Sessions. These sessions introduce breathing and meditation techniques aimed at promoting total well-being and provide an opportunity for positive social connection with other students across the university. The sessions are held every Thursday at 3:30 pm via Zoom through November 2024. Join to de-stress, meet new people, and discover the benefits of conscious breathing from wherever you are!
