About this Event
Join us in a Professional Seminar featuring three UNC Charlotte data science professionals Ilieva Ageenko, Rajib Paul and Robert Fox.
Abstract: Students in the M.S. in Data Science and Business Analytics (DSBA) and M.S. in Data Science and Health Analytics (DSHA) programs must complete a capstone experience to graduate. Join us for this virtual session to learn about the capstone pathways available in each program, including internships, practica, applied projects, and the master's thesis option. Presenters will review eligibility requirements, timelines, expectations, and strategies for selecting the pathway that best aligns with your academic interests and career goals. Whether you plan to gain industry experience, solve real-world business or healthcare challenges, or pursue research in preparation for doctoral study, this session will help you prepare for a successful capstone experience. Bring your questions and learn how to make the most of your final graduate milestone.
