We invite current freshman and sophomore students to join us in our Charlotte office on April 8, 2026 for a one-day program designed to provide insight into the world of investment management. This is your opportunity to meet and learn from Barings world-class investment professionals and gain valuable career development skills.
Qualifications:

Current freshman or sophomore students with a demonstrated interest in financial services, graduating in spring 2028 or 2029
Excellent academic performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Must demonstrate active campus involvement, leadership experience, and a desire to learn
